Data Migration Tool
This tool scans all Provider records and links them to existing user accounts by matching contact emails. Providers without a portal_user_email will be checked against the User database. If a match is found, a ProviderUser record is created with admin role and the provider is marked as approved.
This is a one-time admin operation. Review the report carefully after running.
